Considering a website for your clinic or business? Below are a few real project snapshots: not polished case studies, but the actual numbers and process. We put this together because clients considering overseas marketing usually ask the same three questions: how much should I budget monthly, how long does this take, and when will I see results? Three short examples below.
1. A Working Example: Mid-Size Dermatology Clinic, Gangnam
Overseas marketing started in December 2025. The site itself was built in May 2025; we designed the overall strategy and handed it to the client’s web developer and the clinic, who then ran their own overseas marketing through November. Ad spend went to Google Ads and Instagram influencer campaigns, but wasn’t converting to revenue, which is when they came to us.
We found the original developer had, by mistake, hosted the site on a German server, so we moved it onto a CDN. From December we reworked the SEO strategy and content end-to-end and started publishing regularly. The numbers below cover December through the following July.
Result: no backlink building, Domain Authority still around 12, and the site reached roughly 6,700 monthly visitors. Revenue: the client didn’t share a number, but described themselves as very satisfied. (Analytics screenshots below are from Jetpack Stats and Google Search Console, unedited, with no AI touch-ups.)
Google AI search impressions on the site run around 1,200. Combined inflow from US-targeted marketing (residents in Korea plus visitors from the US, Japan, and elsewhere) through June 2026 is what eventually converts to bookings. ChatGPT referral traffic totaled about 7,700 views since launch through June 2026, roughly 3,000 of which convert to actual site visits.
2. An Honest Example: A Site That Went Unmanaged
This very site you’re reading (ojick.com) is itself an example of neglect: as of September 2026 it gets under 10 visitors a month. There was a security breach along the way, and content simply stopped being updated. We don’t have screenshots for this one because there’s nothing flattering to show yet. We’re giving ourselves three months to bring it back, and we’ll post the recovery numbers here once there’s something worth showing.
3. A Brand-New Build: Starting From Zero
A completely new clinic website. Domain purchased September 10, 2026. This is the projected schedule for the build; some areas are blurred in the original for confidentiality.
Caveat: not every project follows the trajectory above. The clinic in example one already had active social presence and a library of marketing material and video ready to go, and that head start matters.
Common Questions
How many of these portfolio examples do you have? We only publish a client’s marketing data with their explicit permission, and so far no client has agreed to full public disclosure, so what’s above is a partial excerpt from clients we have a close relationship with.
When do you see break-even or real revenue? It depends heavily on: (1) domain age and history, meaning when the site was built, how well it’s been maintained, whether it’s sent clean signals to Google; (2) baseline marketing readiness, meaning photos, transparent pricing, content already written up; (3) social media history and prior marketing activity. Given all that, six months is a reasonable rule of thumb before expecting revenue.
What do the clinics that succeed overseas have in common? An engaged owner, and good cooperation between clinic staff and us. SEO alone rarely drives revenue; trust signals from blog activity, social media, and general marketing presence usually have to be there too.
